- Collect one printed or digital (if you’d prefer to set it up in an application like PowerPoint or Word) copy of each item.
KEY TIPS
- Avoid spending too much time handling large exhibits, banners, and other big signage. Instead, take a smartphone picture and print it out to create smaller, more manageable versions for display.
- Prepare for Day 2’s activity by clearing a space on the floor, bulletin board, or desk that’s large enough to accommodate your materials.
