Return and Refund Policy for Graphic Design Services

At Bulb Graphics, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design services to meet your needs and expectations. Due to the nature of our work, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Deposits and Payments
   • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project. This deposit covers initial consultations, research, and design work. Once the work has commenced, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
   • Full payment is due upon project completion, or as specified in the service agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed project delivery or suspension of services.
     
2. Cancellation Policy
   • If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded, less any administrative fees incurred.
   • Once work has started, any cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Any additional work completed beyond the value of the deposit will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
     
3. Refunds on Completed Work
   • Due to the custom nature of graphic design services, refunds are not offered once a project is completed and delivered.
   • Revisions may be requested according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Any additional revisions beyond the included number will incur extra charges.
     
4. Dissatisfaction and Revisions
   • We aim to ensure client satisfaction with every project. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will discuss options for revisions.
   • Requests for revisions after the 7-day period may be subject to additional charges.
     
5. Exclusions and Limitations
   • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference once the agreed-upon design specifications have been met.
   • This policy applies to all graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, print collateral, and digital assets.
